AtlanticSupply website (www.AtlanticSupply.com.sg) is wholly owned and operated by Atlantic Office Supply.
It is our aim to provide a safe and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers, hence it is important for you that you read and understand all of the following Terms & Conditions before making your purchase.

Through your procuring of our merchandise, it would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, understood and agreed to abide and adhere to them.
AOS (www.atlanticsupply.com.sg) reserves the right to amend at any time any policies governing the Site, including these Terms & Conditions. The amended terms shall be effective immediately after they are posted on atlanticsupply.com.sg.

Your continued use of our Site following the posting of such amended terms shall constitute your acceptance of any such changes. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using this Site immediately.

This Site is solely an online store for specialty related products and it provides additional educational information on issues of interest to our customers. Our only intention is to help you make a decision regarding a purchase but not to replace any professional resource.
All products sold are quality guaranteed, they are Original unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

AOS is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that you have selected the correct size, colour and capacity.

Normal Mail (meaning Non-Registered) orders are processed by 10.00 (GMT +8 hours). In order to qualify for same day shipping, kindly ensure that you have made your purchase before the appointed time stated above.

All normal mail items require 3-5 days, and are non-trackable. (This is not a guaranteed delivery, thus we are not liable for any lost mails. We encourage Registered shipping to ensure that your parcel reaches you safely.)

Singpost Registered Mail orders are processed by 15.00 (GMT +8 hours). In order to qualify for same day shipping, kindly ensure that you have made your purchase before the appointed time stated above.

Exchanges

All exchanges have to be done within 15 days after delivery of goods. However postage will have to be borne by the customer. Customers are encouraged to mail item via Registered Mail as AOS will not proceed with the exchange if the item(s) does not reach us and is not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail. *Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) that returns in its original unopened packaging.

All exchanges are final and further requests for exchange will be denied.

All exchanges will be processed and dealt with by the Exchange Department and they will only be handled by way of mailing. AOS reserves the right to reject any request to mail items alongside with a new order.

Refunds*

No refunds are allowed. (*Disputes (if any) will be resolved within 30 days of investigation, any approval for refund will be made after 30 days of investigation (within 7 days thereafter).

Any additional charges from Paypal/Credit Card Merchant for refunds will be borne by the customer.

Faulty Items

With regards to faulty items (if any), they are not liable for Refunds/Exchanges. However all our original items are under Manufacturer’s guarantee. Customers are advised to bring their goods purchased from AtlanticSupply.com.sg back to the Brand’s Service Centre for a full exchange.
The exception for exchange would be if the Brand's Service Centre issues a Jobsheet stating the faulty item for a replacement borne by Brand.

Products

The product packaging may differ from time to time due to Manufacturer’s revamp. Therefore your past purchases might differ from your current one.

Product Care

For ink cartridges you are advised to print a document once every two weeks to keep the ink head moist. Once the ink cartridge head dries up, you will not be able to use the ink cartridge. There will no exchanges or refunds for cartridges dried ink head.

Payment

AOS offers & accepts both Paypal, Credit Card & Bank Transfer payment methods. With Bank Transfer, we ask for your patience for verification from the Bank (which takes up to 2-3 working days). To expedite delivery / shipping, you may email the approved transaction advice to [email protected] and quote your Order Invoice No.
